Guiding busy professionals to more energy & clarity through strategic questions — not cookie-cutter plans.
At Gardyn, an indoor farming company reimagining how we grow food, I turn complexity into direction through FP&A. Numbers, systems, clarity.
But I've also learned how to stay healthy while working at a startup — through efficiency & flexibility, not perfection.
A Hashimoto's diagnosis forced me to learn what the wellness industry doesn't teach: health isn't about doing more — it's about doing what actually works for your body.
I've experimented on myself constantly — cutting weight, building muscle, training for & finishing a marathon — long before I ever tried to help someone else do the same.
I've lived a wide spectrum of health, too: drinking & eating takeout most nights in college, obsessively counting calories & overtraining in my 20s, and now, finally, building low-effort, high-impact habits that actually stick — seeing better results than I ever did grinding.
What I realized: more information is rarely the answer. Better questions usually are.
Now, as a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach (FMCHC) & Precision Nutrition Coach, I guide busy professionals who are tired of feeling exhausted despite doing everything ‘right’.
My approach: I don't prescribe plans. I ask strategic questions that help you figure out what actually works for you. You make the decisions. I help you see clearly.
