I come from a finance background, which means I think in systems, root causes, and leverage.
I've spent my career helping people learn & succeed more efficiently — from those high-school study guides (IYKYK) to financial models at a high-growth startup.
Now I apply that same principle to health: What's the simplest, most efficient path to feeling better?
I'm also currently healing Hashimoto's while working a demanding job. I know what it's like to juggle everything and still try to take care of yourself.
